Research notes
Florida State Esports is a student-led club founded in 2018. Its home is the university-built Garnet Gaming Lounge (41 PCs, Askew Student Life Center, opened Sept 2025), and a Student Union program manager reportedly manages the teams. Because the teams themselves are club-run, it is marked club. Official pages say only '15+ games' with no titles. Valorant is confirmed only by third-party data (an 'FSU Val Garnet' team in College VALORANT 2025). FSU Panama City runs a separate varsity team (Peach Belt Conference: LoL, OW2, Valorant, RL) that is not the main-campus program.
