Uganda Hotel Owners Association Hotel Apprenticeship Training Program – Uganda Hotel Owners Association (UHOA) on behalf of Ministry of Gender Labour, & Social Development (MGLSD) with financing from ENABEL is implementing the National Apprenticeship Programme in Rwenzori and Albertine Sub-Regions.
The Programme aims at providing structured employment-based learning and work readiness skills to the unemployed/underemployed youth, aged 16 to 35 years in line with Uganda National Apprenticeship Framework 2018 and Employment Act, 2006.
The Programme is targeting young people from in the Rwenzori and Albertine sub regions.
Eligible participants include residents of the following districts:
- Fort Portal City
- Kabarole
- Kasese
- Bunyangabu
- Bundibugyo
- Ntoroko
- Kamwenge
- Hoima City
- Hoima
- Masindi
- Kiryandongo
- Kibaale
- Kagadi and Kikuube
Eligibility
- Men 16-30 Years
- Women 16-35
- People with Disabilities (PWD’s) Highly encouraged to apply
- LCT Letter Recommendation A must
- Years Minimum of O’Level Certificate A must
- Copy of National Identification Card A must
