Linking University of NorthWestern St Paul Berntsen Library to Google scholar – When you search Google Scholar on your personal computer, you can configure your settings so that Berntsen Library resource links appear in your results. Then you can click the Full Text via UNWSP to access a library item.
To configure your Google Scholar Library Links, click on Settings under the menu on the upper left of the search page.
Then select Library Links and search for “University of Northwestern.” Check the “University of Northwestern – Full Text via UNWSP” box in the search select and click “Save.”

Then and Now
The Berntsen Library is named in honor of former University of Northwestern president and chancellor, William B. Berntsen. The three-level, 37,800 square-foot facility opened to the Northwestern community in January 1993.
The library provides access to more than 850,000 titles and 110 online collections. Additionally, the Berntsen Library is a member of the MnPALS Consortium, which provides for and promotes resource-sharing with the libraries of 50+ other colleges and universities in Minnesota.
