I, the undersigned, hereby consent and agree to serve as a legal guarantor for the aforementioned
student loan beneficiary. I shall be responsible for informing the Board of the beneficiary’s current
address, occupation, employer’s name, and both postal and physical addresses of the employer
whenever I am asked to do so. This is to ensure that all payments due under the loan agreement are
made promptly and in accordance with the provisions of the Higher Education Students’ Loans and
Grants Act, Cap. 30:14 (the relevant Act). Furthermore, I undertake to provide any pertinent
information, fulfill any necessary obligations, and perform any required actions as stipulated under
the relevant Act, in my capacity as guarantor. In the event of a default on the repayment of the loan
by the beneficiary, I accept legal responsibility to settle any outstanding obligations.
